Cavernous decoration made of white and keys of colors in a very astonishing building, such is the framework of the dASSA bASSA where works the young chef Dario Bassa, disciple of Ferran Adrià.

Beautiful and impetuous creativity marked by some peaks like the from now on celebrate: tail of bull with red wine and chocolate! Olé!

Un grand moment de plaisir. Tout était très réussi et très agréablement original (tel le capuccino de tappioca). Que cela soient les poissons, viandes, accompagnements, desserts, que de saveurs et de belles présentations! L'alliance mets-vins était parfaite également. Quant au chef, un vrai rayon de soleil! On y reviendra, c'est sûr.

We had dinner last night at Dassa Bassa, and Dario Barrio is an absolute genius! We did the degustation menu, and everything was superb ... especially the poached egg with potato foam and truffles ... but we loved every dish. The service was also fantastic, and the wine list, while not overly extensive is quite eclectic, well priced and has some superb Spanish wines! Not to miss when you are in Madrid.
