We just had lunch at Turf. This is our 8th - 9th visit to Madrid. Food is always spectacular in Madrid. Food at Turf was good, contrary to the service. Waitresses were so rude and unfriendly. The rudest people we have encountered. Will never come back to this restaurant. they didnt even seem to care that the service was so bad. We heard the waitresses arguing with other customers around us.... Very unpleasant people, not fit to be in the service business

Me and my girlfriend both got severe food poisoning from eating steak there earlier this week. Unless you want to spend a day of your holidays within striking distance of the khazi and suffering from bad stomach pains, give it a miss. There are many, much better places to eat in Madrid. We loved the food there - just got unlucky with Turf.
