Visit El Junqueral. Location not perfect, quite distant from city centre but with metro only 15 mins.
Small restaurant, not a lot of space BUT the food is perfect. Seafood as fresh as it gets, portions large. not cheap, for sure, but these people know their business. Visited mainly by locals so do not expect them to speak English.

This is the place for the typical Spanish tapas mentality, you go, you pay what it takes but in return you get what is there, SPain on a plate.

Been there many many times, never disappointed.
